We are looking for a dedicated <strong>Call Center Representative</strong> to be the primary liaison between our company and our customers. You will take full ownership of resolving inquiries, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Arnhem Ananda Office, Netherlands<br><strong>Employment type:</strong> 36 – 40 hours per week</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Your Responsibilities</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Handle incoming hotline calls and emails with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.</li>



<li><strong>Issue Resolution:</strong> Effectively manage customer complaints and inquiries, following up consistently until a solution is reached (including on-site visits if necessary).</li>



<li><strong>CRM Management:</strong> Create and manage CRM tickets; track progress weekly and collaborate with the right internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.</li>



<li><strong>Proactive Communication:</strong> Maintain a 24-hour response time for all inquiries and conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>



<li><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Develop and sustain positive long-term relationships with our current and potential client base.</li>



<li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with other departments to provide seamless support and assist with special projects as the company scales.</li>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven track record in a customer support or call center role.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Your Responsibilities</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Provide technical and service support to customers, both online and on-site when needed.</li>



<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, or complaints (within 24 hours whenever possible) and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.</li>



<li>Manage product returns (RMA) in the CRM system and keep return records updated in the online tracking list.</li>



<li>Plan weekly service activities, including customer visits and preventive maintenance when required.</li>



<li>Participate in weekly team meetings to review customer issues, RMA cases, and service progress.</li>



<li>Prepare a short monthly report summarizing key activities, main issues, and customer feedback.</li>



<li>Follow up on assigned tasks within the call center project according to the project timeline.</li>



<li>Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.</li>



<li>Provide basic product and system training to customers, including use of Ananda Link.</li>



<li>Contribute to improving service processes and efficiency through feedback and team collaboration.</li>



<li>Support other departments (e.g. sales) during customer visits or events when necessary.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What We’re Looking For</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products or equipment. Experience in PCBA welding is a plus.</li>



<li><strong>Work Experience:</strong> Minimum of 2 years in a related technical or service position.</li>



<li><strong>Authorization:</strong> Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship (mandatory).</li>



<li><strong>Education:</strong> Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).</li>



<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese; familiarity with Chinese market and culture is preferred.</li>



<li><strong>IT Skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.</li>
</ul>
