We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administration Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and managing administrative functions efficiently. A strong background in personnel management, coupled with proficiency in handling general office tasks, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while overseeing daily HR operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Update and maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation related to employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct training sessions on labor law changes and updates as needed.

Administrative Support

• Manage indirect procurement, including office supplies, equipment, tools, and general services.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for guests and employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising comfort and efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance and readiness of company vehicles.
• Process invoices and enter data into the system. Coordinate payment requests through the iTalent system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide shipping management support, when needed, by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments during staff absences or periods of increased workload. Maintain effective communication with shipping companies and relevant authorities to resolve shipping issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR and administrative management.
• A university degree is required.
• Full professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical and service support to customers, both online and on-site when needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, or complaints (within 24 hours whenever possible) and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Manage product returns (RMA) in the CRM system and keep return records updated in the online tracking list.
• Plan weekly service activities, including customer visits and preventive maintenance when required.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to review customer issues, RMA cases, and service progress.
• Prepare a short monthly report summarizing key activities, main issues, and customer feedback.
• Follow up on assigned tasks within the call center project according to the project timeline.
• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide basic product and system training to customers, including use of Ananda Link.
• Contribute to improving service processes and efficiency through feedback and team collaboration.
• Support other departments (e.g. sales) during customer visits or events when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Skills: Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products or equipment. Experience in PCBA welding is a plus.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related technical or service position.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship (mandatory).
• Education: Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese; familiarity with Chinese market and culture is preferred.
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
