Call Center Representative – Arnhem, Netherlands

Join Ananda, a global leader in e-bike motor systems, as a Call Center Representative in Arnhem, Netherlands.

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to be the primary liaison between our company and our customers. You will take full ownership of resolving inquiries, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.

Location: Arnhem Ananda Office, Netherlands
Employment type: 36 – 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Handle incoming hotline calls and emails with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively manage customer complaints and inquiries, following up consistently until a solution is reached (including on-site visits if necessary).
  • CRM Management: Create and manage CRM tickets; track progress weekly and collaborate with the right internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain a 24-hour response time for all inquiries and conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive long-term relationships with our current and potential client base.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide seamless support and assist with special projects as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in a customer support or call center role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for active listening.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
  • Adaptability: A customer-focused professional who can tailor their approach to different personality types.
  • Efficiency: Ability to multi-task, set clear priorities, and manage time effectively in a start-up setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Proficiency in German or French (or both) is a strong advantage..
