Service Engineer/Technician – USA

Location: Remote (with business travel across the U.S.)
Employment type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and service support to customers, both online and on-site when needed.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, or complaints (within 24 hours whenever possible) and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
  • Manage product returns (RMA) in the CRM system and keep return records updated in the online tracking list.
  • Plan weekly service activities, including customer visits and preventive maintenance when required.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review customer issues, RMA cases, and service progress.
  • Prepare a short monthly report summarizing key activities, main issues, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks within the call center project according to the project timeline.
  • Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide basic product and system training to customers, including use of Ananda Link.
  • Contribute to improving service processes and efficiency through feedback and team collaboration.
  • Support other departments (e.g. sales) during customer visits or events when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Skills: Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products or equipment. Experience in PCBA welding is a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related technical or service position.
  • Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship (mandatory).
  • Education: Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese; familiarity with Chinese market and culture is preferred.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
